Ingredients

35ml Cîroc Original Vodka

10ml Elderflower liqueur

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Honey Syrup (Ratio 1:1)

10ml Lavender syrup

1  Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Wheel.
