This is a cool and creamy lemon dream! Chilled Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon Irish Cream Liqueur and Smirnoff Sorbet Light Lemon topped with Whipped Cream and a Lemon Slice - sorbet never tasted so good!

Ingredients

25ml Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon Irish Cream Liqueur

15ml Smirnoff Sorbet Light Lemon

1 Lemon Slice (Garnish)

1 Whipped Cream (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Shot Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a Shot Glass.

  3. Garnish with Whipped Cream and a Lemon Slice.
