35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

20ml French Peach Liqueur

20ml Dry Fino Sherry

10ml French Dry Vermouth

3 dashes of Absinthe

1 Lemon Zest Flower for garnish

1 Mixing glass

1 Coupette Glass

method

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.

  2. Pour into a coupette glass.

  3. Garnish with lemon flower shape zest.
