10ml Rouge Vermouth
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Bitters
5ml Honey Syrup
1 Cherry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Cherry.
