Ingredients

25ml George Dickel No.1 White Corn Whisky

10ml Cassis Liqueur

10ml Rouge Vermouth

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Dashes of Bitters

5ml Honey Syrup

1 Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Cherry.

12.4 g per serve
