Add a fruity twist to the classic dry martini with an in-house tea-infused vermouth.

Ingredients
2 Dashes of orange bitters
15ml Tea-infused vermouth*
60ml Gordon’s Gin
Equipment
1 Martini glass
method
Add the tea-infused vermouth to your glass.
Combine this with a dash of orange bitters.
Top up with gin.
*Tea Infused Vermouth
Let 4-5g of lychee rose tea (or any fruit-flavoured tea) steep in 500ml of dry vermouth for 15 minutes room temperature.
Strain tea.
