A beautiful and bubbly blend of Don Julio Reposado tequila's subtle pear, apple and lemon flavours with crisp ginger ale. Served on the rocks it's as cool and fresh as a morning breeze!

50ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila
150ml Ginger ale
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled Highball Glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
