15ml Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongsa

method

Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Twist.
