15ml Amaretto Liqueur
25ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Cream of Coconut
1 Orange Slice (Garnish)

method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Garnish with an Orange Slice.
