Pineapple Rum Punch

The sweet citrus-sy flavours of the pineapple, orange and lime complement the white rum to instantly transport you to somewhere sunny. A soft touch of honey adds to the texture of the drink’s fruit-packed flavour.

Ingredients

60ml Captain Morgan’s White Rum

60ml Pineapple Juice

30ml Orange Juice

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Honey

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Glass

method

  1. Combine Captain Morgan’s White Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey in a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
