Ponche con Piquete
A Mexican festive favourite combining the Christmas flavours of cinnamon with apple, guava, prunes, Mexican hawthorne and Don Julio reposado tequila.

Method
METHOD
- Cut guavas and apples into wedges and hawthorns.
- Boil all fruits in water, adding the hibiscus juice and cinnamons stick.
- Add the brown sugar (or agave syrup)
- Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add Don Julio reposado tequila and allow to cool before serving.
