35ml Tawny Port
34.92ml Belsazar Rosé Vermouth
10ml Sugar syrup
5ml Lemon juice
2 Dash orange bitters
2 Dash Angostura bitters
Equipment
1 Wine glass
method
Take all ingredients and add to cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until very cold
Strain cocktail in to chilled glass
Finish cocktail with the small zest of a lemon peel.
