Raspberry Martini
Ketel One is shaken with Raspberry and Cranberry in this dry fruity cocktail.

37.5ml Ketel One Vodka
12.5ml Raspberry Liqueur
50ml Cranberry Juice
6 Raspberries
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Lime Juice
3 Skewered Raspberries (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Muddler
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Muddle the Raspberries in the shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with Ice.
Fine strain into a Martini Glass.
Garnish with three skewered Raspberries.
