Red Nosed Sour
The perfect gin cocktail for a seasonal menu, using lemon juice, bitters and egg white.

40ml Tanqueray No.10*
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Egg white
7.5ml Italian bitters
5ml Falernum liqueur
15ml Simple syrup
1 Dehydrated orange wheel & fresh cranberries (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Shaker
1 Strainer
method
Pour all ingredients into a shaker except the garnishes.
Dry shake.
Add ice cubes into the shaker and shake.
Pour the drink and fine strain it.
Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and fresh cranberries.
