50ml Johnnie Walker Red Label

30ml Passion Fruit Purée

10ml Sugar Syrup

70ml Soda Water

8 Mint Leaves

3 Lemon Slices with 1 slice for garnish

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Slice.
