Rub and Rye
Adam Seger's Rub and Rye recipe.

Ingredients
43ml Bulleit Rye
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Maple syrup
43ml Egg white
150ml Peach beer
5 dashes of BBQ bitters
1tbls Mesquite salt
Equipment
1 Ice
1 Cocktail shaker
1 Old fashioned glass
method
Rim a pint of double old fashioned glass with Mesquite salt.
Vigorously shake the whiskey, citrus, maple and egg white, and strain into the rimmed glass half filled with ice.
Top up with peach beer (try Brasserie Dubaisson’s Peche Mel).
Finish with 5 drops BBQ bitters.
