Ruby Sour

A bright and fruity twist on a Whisky Sour with raspberry and honeyed sweetness.

Ingredients

60ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

30ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Honey water (2:1)

30ml Fresh egg white

10ml Raspberry syrup

1 Skewered raspberry (garnish)

1 Mint leaf (garnish)

Equipment

1 Coupette glass

method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake first for 8 seconds without ice.

  3. Then add cubed ice and hard shake for 8-10 seconds before double straining into a coupette glass.  

  4. Garnish with a skewered raspberry and a mint leaf.
