37.5ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch
12.5ml Vanilla liqueur
25ml Strawberry Purée
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Pasteurized egg white (or one small fresh egg white)
1 Rose Petal / Edible Flower (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Couple Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Vigourously shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a Rose Petal/Edible Flower
