Scottish Chill
This is a serious frozen cocktail that provides a wonderful mixture of smoke, pepper, chocolate and toffee note. Serve in small sherry glasses and garnish with the left overs.

Ingredients
20ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
20ml Zacapa No 23 Centenario Rum
25ml Guinness
15ml Condensed Milk
Equipment
1 blender
1 sherry glass
method
Stir all ingredients until diluted.
Add to blender with 8 decent ice cubes.
Pour into a sherry glass.
