Simple Sangrita
This sassy sangrita's a real eye-opener! A shot of Don Julio Reposado Tequila followed by a spicy chaser of Tomato Juice, Citrus Fruit juices and plenty of Hot Sauce - fire it up!

Ingredients
50ml Don Julio Reposado Tequila
70ml Orange Juice
70ml Grapefruit Juice
70ml Lemon Juice
50ml Tomato Juice
6 Dashes of Hot Sauce
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Equipment
2 Shot Glasses
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients, except for the Tequila, with Ice.
Strain into a Shot Glass.
Pour Don Julio Reposado into a second Shot Glass.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
