50ml Smirnoff Peach Vodka

120ml Pineapple juice

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Martini Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
