Ingredients

35ml Smirnoff Green Apple

10ml Apple schnapps

20ml Sweet and Sour Mix

1 Apple Wheel Slice (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a quarter Apple Wheel Slice.
