50ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
10ml Lime Juice
1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
1 Cocktail Cherry (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a Rocks Glass over Ice.
Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and Cherry.
