Bartender Erik Lorincz has used cocktail ingredients such as mint, seasonal raspberries, sweet apple and lemon juice bring this spring drink to life.

Ingredients

25ml Ketel One Vodka

12ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Lemon Juice - Freshly Squeezed

60ml Pressed Apple Juice

3 Fresh Raspberries

8 Fresh Mint Leaves

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Collins Glass

method

  1. Add Ketel One vodka, sugar syrup, lemon juice and apple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. 

  3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass using a fine mesh strainer.

  4. Garnish with mint and raspberries.
