Ingredients

25ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

15ml Peach Schnapps

15ml Simple Syrup

2 Mint Leaves

1 Sour Mix

1 Lime Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients and Mint with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Twist.
