30ml Talisker 10
120ml Hot Toddy Mix
20ml Lemon
40ml Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
2 Star Anise

1 Heat Proof Mug
method
Add cinnamon, bay leaves & star anise to 120ml hot water and let cool to drinking temperature.
Add all ingredients to a heat proof mug, stir, and garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
