Talisker Toffee Apple
A delicious twist on a fairground classic, Talisker 10 is complemented with Toffee and Apple flavours.

15ml Caramel Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
25ml Clear Apple Juice
1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
1 Caramelised Brown Sugar (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Build in an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a Lime Wedge covered in Brown Sugar.
Use a blowtorch to caramelise the sugar.
