Ingredients
40ml Tanqueray London Dry
20ml Mix of vermouth and sherry
20ml Olive and pickle brine mix
1 Stuffed olive to garnish
Equipment
1 Japanese mixing glass
1 Martini glass
method
Add the ingredients to the mixing glass.
Add ice cubes and stir.
Decant and chill.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a stuffed olives.
