35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin

10ml Orange Liqueur

50ml Pineapple Juice

25ml Ginger Ale

1 Wedge Pineapple (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Highball Glass

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add all ingredients to a Snifter Glass filled with Cubed Ice.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
