Ingredients

50ml Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla

15ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup

20ml Cranberry Juice

40ml Orange Juice

125ml Hot Water

Equipment

1 Gin Balloon

method

Pour the Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla into a gin balloon

Stir in the Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pumpkin Spice Syrup and Hot Water

Garnish with the ½ Orange Slice and Star Anise
