Thai Mango
This Asian-fusion phenomenon will amaze you! Smirnoff Mango mixed with Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut, Orange Juice, Cream and a splash of Ginger Syrup that's shaken until foamy and served on the rocks with a Cinnamon Stick - an exotic taste from the Far East!

15ml Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut
70ml Orange Juice
25ml Half & Half
10ml Ginger Syrup
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick and Mint Sprig.
