Today’s Wet martini.

Ingredients
35ml Tanqueray No. Ten
35ml Dry vermouth
method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until the liquid is as cold as it can be.
Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest.
(2.0 standard drinks – 2.2 units per serve)
