Old School Wet martini.

Ingredients
50ml Tanqueray London Dry
25ml Dry vermouth
2 Dashes orange bitters
method
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice until the liquid is as cold as it can be.
Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange zest
(2.5 standard drinks – 2.3 units per serve)
