Ingredients

50ml The Singleton

20ml Honey syrup or honey

20ml Lemon juice

15ml Egg white

Equipment

1 Chilled coupette glass

method

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.

  2. Add ice to the tin and shake again.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupette.

  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Alcohol content: 15.8 g per serve.
