50ml Smirnoff Amaretto

25ml Apricot Nectar

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Club Soda

3 Dashes Bitters (optional)

1 Apricot Slice (Garnish)

1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Hurricane Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Jigger

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first three ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a crushed Ice-filled Hurricane Glass.

  3. Top with Club Soda.

  4. Garnish with an Apricot Wedge and a Mint Sprig.
