3 Dashes Bitters (optional)
1 Apricot Slice (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Jigger
1 Hawthorne Strainer

method
Shake the first three ingredients with Ice.
Strain into a crushed Ice-filled Hurricane Glass.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with an Apricot Wedge and a Mint Sprig.
