Twelve Days of Yule

The Twelve Days of Yule is a light cocktail, perfect to kick off the early evening. With apple and dill cordial, paired with Don Julio Blanco and finished with an acorn-shaped cacao nibs candy garnish.

Ingredients

45ml Don Julio Blanco

1 Sprig dill and icing sugar on top (Garnish)

15ml Apple cider vinegar

10ml Simple syrup

5ml Pimento liqueur

60ml Soda water

1  cacao nibs candy (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball glass

method

  1. Pour everything except the soda water and garnishes into the highball glass.

  2. Add ice into the glass.

  3. Top up with soda water.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Garnish with a cacao nibs candy and sprig of dill.

  6. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
