Two Rum Daiquiri

The modern rum in this recipe brings a light, refreshing crispness to the drink, while the Jamaican pure rum adds depth of flavour, with aromas of stoned fruit, citrus and a touch of molasses.

Two Rum Daiquiri


  • 40ml

    light modern rum (Puerto Rico or Venezuela)

  • 10ml

    heavy Jamaican pure single rum

  • 25ml

    fresh lime juice

  • 12.5ml

    sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)

    Dash of orange bitters

    Champagne Coupe



  • Method

    Shake all the ingredients with plenty of ice.

    Serve stingingly cold in a chilled champagne coupe.

    Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
