The Ube Daiquiri is a twist on a classic cocktail which showcases the amazing flavours of Don Papa rum.

Ingredients

50ml Don Papa rum

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

25ml Ube Syrup

Equipment

1 Nick & Nora Glass

1 Ice

1 Mixing Glass

1 Strainer

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Mixing Glass.

  2. Give a hard shake to mix all ingredients together

  3. Double strain into nick & nora glass

Alcohol content: 15.8g per serve.
