Upside-Down Cake

This isn't Grandma's upside-down cake! An irresistible combo of Smirnoff Iced Cake, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice on the rocks with a splash of Club Soda - it's lip-smacking good!

Ingredients

50ml Smirnoff Iced Cake

25ml Orange Juice

25ml Pineapple Juice

1 Club Soda

1Tbsp Sprinkles (Garnish)

1 Cherry (Garnish)

1 Orange Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Rim a chilled Martini Glass with Sprinkles and set aside.

  2. Shake the first three liquid ingredients with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into the chilled Martini Glass.

  4. Top with Club Soda.

  5. Garnish with a Cherry and an Orange Twist.
