Upside-Down Cake
This isn't Grandma's upside-down cake! An irresistible combo of Smirnoff Iced Cake, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice on the rocks with a splash of Club Soda - it's lip-smacking good!

50ml Smirnoff Iced Cake
25ml Orange Juice
25ml Pineapple Juice
1 Club Soda
1Tbsp Sprinkles (Garnish)
1 Cherry (Garnish)
1 Orange Twist (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Rim a chilled Martini Glass with Sprinkles and set aside.
Shake the first three liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into the chilled Martini Glass.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with a Cherry and an Orange Twist.
