You can use ready-made vegetable juices from your local shop to create fresh savoury flavours. Here is a simple yet tasty example.

Ingredients

44ml Ketel One Vodka

60ml Green Juice (shop-bought for ease)

1 Splash of Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

22ml Agave Nectar

1 Lemon wheel (to garnish)

Equipment

1 shaker

1 strainer

1 rocks glass

method

  1. Add the vodka, green juice, lemon juice and agave nectar into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
