Vesper Martini
The Vesper was invented by Ian Fleming in the first James Bond novel, Casino Royale. It's a variation of the martini, and was named after Vesper Lynd, the novel's female lead.

40ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
20ml Ketel One Vodka
10ml Lillet Blanc
1 Lemon Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Coupe Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Shaker
1 Fine Strainer
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients over Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
Garnish with a long strip of Lemon Zest.
