Ingredients

50ml Smirnoff Whipped Cream

70ml Orange Juice

125ml Ginger Ale

1 Orange Wheel (Garnish)

1 Whipped Cream (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake the first two liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Wheel and Whipped Cream.
