White Camel's Milk

An eclectic combination of Captain Morgan White Rum, orange liqueur and date syrup shaken with camel's milk and egg white and served short, over ice with candied dates and almonds.

  • 60ml

    Captain Morgan White Rum

  • 10ml

    Orange flavoured liqueur

  • 5ml

    Date syrup

  • 20ml

    Lemon juice

  • 5ml

    Sugar syrup

  • 40ml

    Camel’s milk

  • 1

    Pasteurised egg white

  • 1

    handful of candied dates and almonds

Method

  • Method
    1. Dry shake all the ingredients then wet shake over rock ice.
    2. Double strain into chilled rocks glass over ice.
    3. Garnish with candied dates and almonds.
