10ml White Tea
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Pinch of Cinnamon
1 Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Orchid Flower (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with an Orchid Flower.
