45ml Ron Zacapa No. 23

1 Bottle Premium Tonic Water

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Bar Spoon

method

  1. Add rum to an iced Highball Glass.

  2. Top with Premium Tonic Water.

  3. Stir gently.

  4. Garnish with Lime Wedge.
