WHAT IS WORLD CLASS?

For over 17 years, WORLD CLASS has been inspiring the global bar community — celebrating creativity, craft and unforgettable moments behind the bar and beyond. What began as a bartender competition has grown into a worldwide movement that champions modern cocktail culture and a contemporary approach to Fine Drinking.

Every year, WORLD CLASS brings together exceptional bartending talent from around the world in the pursuit of one title: WORLD CLASS Bartender of the Year. Bartenders from over 50 countries step onto national and international stages to showcase their craft, passion and personality.

The journey begins locally at the German, Austrian and Swiss WORLD CLASS National Final, where the Top 10 bartenders from each country earn their place on the European stage. As we embark on the 2026 cycle, WORLD CLASS opens an exciting new chapter with the launch of the WORLD CLASS European Final — a new stage where Europe’s standout talents come together to compete at continental level. From there, the competition continues toward the WORLD CLASS Global Final, where the world’s best bartenders ultimately come together. The exact dates of the finals are yet to be announced.
