The perfect way to unwind after a long day. Cîroc Coconut mixed with Vanilla Liqueur, fresh Lime and topped off with a splash of Ginger Ale - as delightful as a Hawaiian sunset.

0.75oz Cîroc Coconut

0.5oz  Vanilla Liqueur

0.75oz  Lime Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

3 Dashes of Bitters

1.75oz Ginger Ale

1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1  Rocks Glass

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

1. Combine all the liquid ingredients into a Rocks glass over ice.

2. Top with Ginger Ale.

3. Garnish with a Lemon wedge.
