1.25oz Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey

0.75oz  Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5oz Honey Syrup

1 Dash of Bitters

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1  Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Rocks glass.

  3. Garnish with a twist of Lemon.
