1.75oz Tanqueray No.10 Gin

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.75oz Hibiscus Syrup

1.75oz Cranberry Juice

1 Dried Hibiscus Flower (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1  Fine Strainer

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with an Hibiscus Flower.
