1.5oz Zacapa No. 23

0.25oz Orange Liqueur

0.25oz Simple Syrup

70.25oz Boiling Water

2  tsp Unsalted Butter

1  Pinch of Cinnamon

1 Pinch of Nutmeg

1  Cloves

Equipment

1 Jigger

1  Teacup

1  Saucepan

1  Cooker

1 Wooden Spoon

1 Fine Strainer

method

1. Bring all the ingredients to boil in a saucepan.

2. Strain into a Teacup.

3. Serve hot.
