1.75oz Johnnie Walker Red Label

1.75oz Boiling Water

0.75oz Ginger Syrup

2  Dashes of Orange Bitters

1 Sprig of Rosemary (Garnish)

2 Strips of Orange Peel (Garnish)

1 Ice Scoop

1  Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Kettle

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a heat-proof glass.

  2. Stir slowly to combine.

  3. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig and Orange Peel Strips.
