1.75oz Boiling Water
0.75oz Ginger Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Sprig of Rosemary (Garnish)
2 Strips of Orange Peel (Garnish)

1 Kettle
method
Add all the ingredients to a heat-proof glass.
Stir slowly to combine.
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig and Orange Peel Strips.
